EMPIRE STATE HIGHWAY CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC.

The Empire State Highway Contractors Association, Inc. is an association of open shop Heavy/ Highway construction companies throughout Central, Eastern and Northern New York State. A primary purpose of this association is to provide health and welfare and retirement benefits for their employees. The Association also has a fully licensed and accredited Apprenticeship Training Program to train individuals with the skills necessary to become journeypersons in the following trades: Carpenter, Skilled Construction Craft Laborer and Heavy Equipment Operator.
